Magic Dealers are invited and approved at the discretion of Magic2Wear and Lee Alex.
2) Minimum Orders
Please check the individual products for MINIMUM order amounts that may apply. Minimum amounts are employed in order to keep wholesale prices low and advantageous.
There is no minimum monthly/annual wholesale level to be achieved by dealers. Approved dealers may order wholesale products as and when they require, so long as the minimum amount is fulfilled at the time of order.
3) Minimum Advertised Price
Dealers who purchase the wholesale products offered by Magic2Wear for resale purposes and/or use the ad copy, images and/or trailer provided by Magic2Wear implicitly agree to ADVERTISE them for AT LEAST the full Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Dealers not in compliance with this request are NOT authorized to use the ad copy, images, and/or trailers for this item and will NOT be provided units and will be refused access to the wholesale products. Advertising includes any written and electronic media including but not limited to web sites, e-mails, magazine ads, auctions, flyers, catalogs, postcards, or other medium that is distributed outside of the retail location of the dealer or is designed or intended to be removed from the dealer location by the customer.
No advertising of any kind may state or otherwise indicate any bargaining, discount or special offer that would effectively lower the MAP of these wholesale products.
These products may not be used as a giveaway without prior arrangement and agreement from Lee Alex.
This advertising policy is in no way designed to restrict dealers’ ability to establish their own resale prices in person to person negotiations. For those that elect to purchase this item and/or advertise it, you are acknowledging and agreeing with this request to maintain the full MAP in your ADVERTISING as outlined above (or equivalent currency conversion NOT including taxes). Failure to abide by this or failure to immediately correct any infractions disqualifies a dealer from any further wholesale purchases from Magic2Wear.
To the best of our knowledge we supply to established dealers of good repute. We endeavor to avoid to supply products to dealers who sell, or who are known to have sold pirate copies of these products, or any other pirate copies in the past. Likewise Magic2Wear does not supply to the best of our knowledge illegal or pirated products from any source within the pages of this website.
Please note there are no shipping charges in the Wholesale Basket. Each order will be invoiced for shipping at cost.
Shipping costs must be settled in full before orders can be dispatched. Each order is sent at a heavily reduced rate by DHL and includes a tracking number which will be supplied as soon as the items have been shipped.
6) Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, software has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts that were originally supplied
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
In case of the need to return a product we will provide the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
